When you send a quote request or a design, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, country, city, project type, any approximate area or measurements you provide, the products you select, and any notes you write.

We also record the date and time of your consent and the version of this policy you agreed to, so we can show what you were told at the time.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details or identity documents.

To review your project, prepare a quotation, and contact you about that enquiry.

If you separately tick the marketing box, to send you occasional product updates. That is optional, unticked by default, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Authorised Marsina staff, according to their role. Sales staff can see enquiries; staff who only manage website content cannot.

Our hosting and database providers process the data on our behalf in order to run the service.

We disclose information to anyone else only where we are legally required to.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your project and to keep a record of the quotation.

Uploaded images carry a retention date and are scheduled for deletion after it passes.

The exact retention periods are being finalised and will be stated here once confirmed. Until then, you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

You can withdraw marketing consent without affecting your enquiry.
