Current status
Design Your Space is currently a front-end prototype. Your photo stays in your own browser: it is not uploaded, not processed on our servers, and not sent to Marsina.
This notice describes how uploads will be handled once the feature is connected, so the terms are clear before anything is collected.
Why we would collect images
So our team can see the space you want to finish, understand the surfaces involved, and prepare a quotation that reflects your actual room rather than a generic assumption.
We ask for images only for that purpose. We do not use customer photos in marketing without asking you separately and specifically.
How they would be handled
Uploads are stored in a private location that is not publicly reachable. They are never given a public link.
Files are stored under randomised names, so the storage address reveals nothing about you and cannot be guessed.
Only Marsina staff whose role includes handling enquiries can open them, and only through a short-lived link generated at the moment they view it.
Files are checked for type and size, and are scanned before staff can open them.
Location and camera metadata are removed before storage, so a photo of your home does not carry its coordinates.
Retention and deletion
Each uploaded file is given a retention date and is scheduled for deletion after it passes.
You can ask us to delete your images at any time by contacting us with your reference number, and we will do so without needing a reason.
What the result means
The visualization and any quantities shown are preliminary. They are a guide, not a measurement.
Final pricing is subject to review by the Marsina team and verification of site measurements.
Submitting a design does not create a purchase contract.
